Buddhism teaches that the cycle of birth and death, known as reincarnation, can be broken through enlightenment. Buddhists believe in the continuous cycle of life, death, and rebirth, known as samsara. The ultimate goal of Buddhist practice is to become free from samsara and attain nirvana.<\/p>\n

Buddhists believe that when someone dies, they will be reborn again as something else. What they are reborn as depends on their actions in their previous life (kamma). The cycle of rebirth is called samsara and it is an ongoing cycle of life, death and rebirth.<\/p>\n
